Our Services

AC Service Pro provides professional aircond servicing, including but not limited to:

  • Chemical wash and deep cleaning
  • Standard servicing and maintenance
  • Aircond repair and troubleshooting
  • Gas top-up (refrigerant recharge)
  • Aircond installation

Booking and Appointments

Scheduling

  • Appointments can be made via WhatsApp, phone, or our contact form.
  • We will confirm your appointment date and time slot.
  • Service times are estimates and may vary based on the complexity of work required.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

Pricing and Payment

Quotations

  • Prices quoted are estimates based on the information provided.
  • Final pricing may vary depending on actual conditions found during service.
  • Additional work discovered during service will be quoted before proceeding.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept cash, bank transfer, and e-wallet payments.
  • For installations and major repairs, a deposit may be required.

Service Warranty

We stand behind our work with the following warranties:

  • Chemical Wash: 30-day warranty on workmanship
  • Repairs: Warranty on replaced parts as per manufacturer terms
  • Installation: 30-day warranty on installation workmanship

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, power surges, or natural disasters.

Customer Responsibilities

As our customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your aircond units and issues
  • Ensure safe access to the service area for our technicians
  • Inform us of any hazards or special conditions at the service location
  • Secure pets and clear the work area before our arrival
  • Be present or have an authorized representative present during service

Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your property, AC Service Pro shall not be liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to aircond units not caused by our service
  • Damage resulting from unit age, wear, or hidden defects
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of use or business interruption

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of AC Service Pro and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
