How do I know if I need chemical wash or standard cleaning?
If your AC has been used for 6+ months without deep cleaning, has a musty smell, or isn't cooling efficiently, you likely need a chemical wash. Standard cleaning is suitable for regular maintenance every 3 months.
Why is my AC not cooling properly?
Common causes include: dirty filters/coils (needs cleaning), low refrigerant (needs gas top-up), faulty compressor or capacitor (needs repair), or the unit is too small for the room (may need upgrade).
Do you charge for diagnosis?
We charge RM50 for diagnostic/troubleshooting. However, this fee is waived if you proceed with our recommended repair, so you essentially get free diagnosis!
What's included in your chemical wash?
Our chemical wash includes full dismantle, deep cleaning of coil, blower, and drain pan, antibacterial treatment, and FREE gas top-up (up to 10kg). All services come with 30-day workmanship warranty.
